What is your jewellery made of

Ritz and Ron jewellery is created with sterling silver and AAA Cubic Zirconia. All our jewellery is nickel free and hypoallergenic.

How do I know my order been successfully

Once you place your order, an order confirmation email will be shortly sent to your registered email address. If you can’t find it, please check if it has been filtered to your junk mail folder.

How long is shipping times

Your products will be shipped within one to two business days from your order. From that point it takes 2-7 business days for items to arrive. In some occasion the shipping might take a bit longer. Check our shipping policy for more information or contact us at info@ritzandron.com.au

What’s your return policy

If any goods are faulty we will we will try and correct the problem, however, Ritz and Ron is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.

If you’ve made a purchase from our site and need to return the product, we will exchange the item for another product(s) if returned within 30 days of dispatch. The goods must be in an unworn and new condition. Please send as an email and we will give instructions how to return.

Can I cancel my order

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us as soon as possible. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. Pls contact us at info@ritzandron.com.au for more information.

What happens if I receive the wrong item

If there’s an issue with your order – if it’s the wrong size, wrong colour, defective then simply notify us. Return the item to us, we will pay for the return and we will exchange it to the correct item or give you a refund.

Do you offer exchanges

If you’ve made a purchase from our site and need to return the product, we will exchange the item for another product(s) if returned within 30 days of dispatch. Buyer will pay for return and postage costs. The goods must be in an unworn and new condition. Pierced items are nonexchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
