If any goods are faulty we will we will try and correct the problem, however, Ritz and Ron is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
If you’ve made a purchase from our site for yourself or as a gift and need to return the product, we will exchange the item for another product(s) if returned within 30 days of dispatch. Buyer will pay for the postage. The goods must be in an unworn and new condition. Please send as an email and we will give instructions how to return.

Bubble wrap and pack your item(s) in a padded secure bag
Complete all sections of the Returns Form that will be sent to you and write a detailed explanation for the return
Send your items with the form via an Australia Post trackable method.
Please note Ritz and Ron:
Will reimburse any reasonable shipping charges for return of goods that are deemed faulty or incorrect. Any other reasons BUYER will pay for the return shipping.
1. Cannot accept returns for any reason other than if it is faulty,
2. We cannot accept items after 30* days from the dispatch date.
3. Is not obligated to refund an item due to a change of mind.
4. We do not offer refunds for pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.
5. We do not offer refunds for items purchased on sale or with a promo code.
ORDERS PLACED WITH AFTERPAY
We are unable to refund orders placed with AfterPay due to the cost we incur for offering this service to you. We will instead issue you with a store gift card to the amount of your order.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
